Fill out the Pre-Qualification Initiation Form (PIF) to provide an overview of your company and capabilities.

Step 2: Confirm Your Building Connected and TradeTapp Accounts are Up to Date

Step 3: Pre-Qualification Review
Our project team will review applications and compile a list of qualified bidders.

Step 4: Ongoing Engagement
Clark/D.A. Everett will maintain ongoing communication with qualified bidders regarding upcoming opportunities to budget or bid on the project.

Pre-Bid Walks and Online Information Meetings for Early Release Package 3 (ERP3) and Early Release Package (ERP4) will be as follows:

Prebid Walks: All contractors are to meet outside of 800 Westmere Ave, Charlotte, NC 28208, 15 minutes before the walk. All attendee names need to be emailed to Connor.Toben@clarkconstruction.com for security/access.
