Step 3: Pre-Qualification Review
Our project team will review applications and compile a list of qualified bidders.

Step 4: Ongoing Engagement
Clark/D.A. Everett will maintain ongoing communication with qualified bidders regarding upcoming opportunities to budget or bid on the project.
